INVENTORIES
Intervalor Consulting Group is specialized in carrying out any type of physical inventory at the level of tangible fixed assets, backed by the extensive experience we have acquired in all the inventories we have carried out in various sectors related to private companies, industries, public bodies, universities, etc.
All inventories in which we intervene has as basic principles, the following:
- Identification and technical description of the element.
- Labeling of each and every one of the elements, by means of an identifying adhesive label, with its inventory number and corresponding barcode.
- Study-determination of the value of each of the inventoried asset elements.
- Analysis of the accounting correspondence of all the inventory items of property, plant and equipment. (optional)
- Classification and coding of each one of the inventoried elements, in accordance with the General Accounting Plan, geographic location of the asset (GIS), functional group, department and section.
- Registration in computer support and in individualized files, through our asset control computer application, of each of the elements of the inventoried fixed assets.
- Software installation, procedure manual and training.
